The Florida Breezy Oaks Villa has 4-bedrooms and 3-bathrooms.  It is beautifully decorated with modern living in mind.  Also, the villa is complete with central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all bedrooms. 

OUTDOOR:  The villa is carefully landscaped with a new palm tree feature in the front yard and 3 new fruit trees in the back yard.  Since Thousand Oaks is part of a conservation area, there are no backyard neighbors to the villa.

COURTYARD:  The Courtyard is the area with the pool, spa, grill, patio furniture, and outdoor access.  Ceiling fans in the vaulted ceilings are a nice effect as you sit by the pool.  There are speakers for radio and CD listening while you swim.  The Courtyard is completely screened in and has a 6' concrete wall to ensure complete privacy.  The spa and pool are heated, and there is a waterfall from the spa into the pool.

LIVING ROOM:  Find your spot in the Living Room!  The Living Room has a massage La-Z-Boy recliner chair with a full set of classy black living room furniture.  The vaulted ceilings feature a ceiling fan with remote control.  The snack bar opens into the kitchen from the living room, and has 2 bar stools.  Another feature of the Living Room is the Home Theatre System.  It includes Cable TV, VCR, DVD, and radio and CD player for indoor/outdoor listening.  This is all controlled by a Universal Remote Control to simplify your viewing experience.  On the entertainment center are about 20+ Disney videos.  Forget the trips to the video rental store!

KITCHEN/BREAKFAST NOOK/FORMAL DINING:  This whole area has ceramic tile.  The breakfast nook has a table and 4 chairs attached to the kitchen.  This is perfect for those late breakfasts!  The kitchen is a full-service kitchen, including microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, icemaker, pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dining ware, and containers.  The Formal Dining Room has an elegant mirror-top dining set with 6 chairs and a china hutch. 

MASTER BEDROOM / BATHROOM:  The Master Suite features vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan with remote, huge walk-in-closet, Cable TV, access to the Courtyard, and a King size bed.  The Master Bath has a shower, whirlpool tub, double sinks, and ceramic tile. 

COURTYARD SUITE:  The Courtyard Suite has a relaxing Shell Theme, with a Queen size bed, ceiling fan, Cable TV, full bathroom, and access to the Courtyard.  This suite is perfect for the extended family as it is not connected directly to the rest of the house.

BEDROOM #2:  The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, and a beautiful bedroom furniture set, including a full dresser set and mirror, vaulted ceilings, and a ceiling fan.  There is also a huge walk-in-closet and Cable TV with DVD and VCR.

DISNEY ROOM:  Got kids?  We got the room for you!  This Disney-Themed room has 2 twin beds with Cable TV and a ceiling fan.

LAUNDRY ROOM:  In the Laundry Room, there is a vacuum cleaner, laundry tub, washer and dryer.  Also, there is an iron and ironing board.
