Our home is 2400 sq. ft., has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 car garage, swimming pool, and spa. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet, sliding glass doors to pool area and a beautiful master bath with garden tub and separate sink areas. Pool area is completely screened in, includes a 6’ privacy wall, and lit at night if you’d like. Appliances include a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, and a complete laundry facility. Home will be cleaned by maid service prior to each guest arrival.   Our home is located 15 minutes from Disney!

Q:  How do I find out if the time frame I desire is available, or how do I contact you for further information?
A:  E-mail: info@floridabreezyoaksvilla.com or call Kara at (503) 385-6265.  Note:  Cancellations do happen occasionally.  If your time is not available when you initially contact us, please check back periodically ; it may be open.

Q:  How many beds are in the home?
A:  1 King, 2 queens, and 2 twins.  Roll away beds and baby cribs available.

Q:  What do I need to bring?  Linens, etc?
A:  Nothing.  Home is completely furnished, including linens, towels, dishes, etc.  If you plan to spend time at a beach, we would ask that you take your own beach towels so as not to stain our white linens.  When you arrive, you are provided with a small food pack.  This is a self-catering home so additional supplies will need to be purchased by you or brought along with you.   
 

 Q:  Is the house well maintained?
A:  The house recently had new ceramic tile laid throughout the kitchen, dining, and laundry room. 
The pool heater was also recently replaced.  The house is in great shape!
 

 

Q:  What time is check-in/check-out?
A:  Check in is 4:00 p.m. Saturday, check-out is 10:
30 a.m. Saturday.   

 

Q:  Is there a laundry facility close by?
A:  Yes, in the house!  Washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, and laundry tub.   

Q:  What do I do if I break something?
A:  If you should ruin a set of sheets, towels, kitchen utensils, furniture, etc, we kindly ask that you would report it to the management company.  You are NOT expected to replace any item that needs regular replacing such as a toaster, coffee maker, blender etc, unless you drop or break the item.  We do ask that you notify the management company with problems so that the next guests are not inconvenienced.  Thank you so much.

Q:  In what kind of neighborhood is the house located?
A:  The house is located in a quiet subdivision with quick and easy access to all the nearby attractions. 
The Thousand Oaks Subdivision has a natural conservation area, making your stay quiet and relaxing. 
 

 

Q:  How close to grocery store/gas stations, etc?
A:  There is a gas station (Chevron) about 2 miles from the home.  From the Thousand Oaks entry leaving the subdivision, turn right and Chevron is about 1 mile on your right.  There is also a Super Wal-mart in Haines City.  Keep going past the Chevron and turn Left on Hwy 27 and go 12 miles.  You will see store on left side of road. The nearest grocery store is Publix in Champion’s Gate, about 3 miles from the house.  There is a wide variety of services offered in the Champion’s Gate strip mall; pizzeria, Movie Mania, Publix, McDonalds, and a gas station, to name a few.  Champions Gate is at the junction of I-4 and the Oceola-Polk Line (Rd 532).  For more infor mation, please visit our "About the Area" page.
 

 

Q:  Rentals and services available through management company:
A:  Airport Meet-and-Greet, airport drop-off, baby crib, roll-away bed, high chairs
 

 

Q:  How far away is the pool?
A:  Outside the patio doors in the courtyard!  This is a truly private screened-in pool with a 6’ privacy wall.
 

Q:  What do I do if I need something?
A:  A property management company is available for all of your needs.  A phone number for the management company is in the house, well as a 24-hour emergency number .  

 

Q:  Are pets allowed?
A:  Sorry, no pets allowed.  We take great pride in keeping our home well-kept for each guest’s enjoyment.
 

Q:  What about a telephone?
A:  Telephone requires a calling card, credit card, or pre-paid phone card.  You do not need a card for local calls.  Your family may contact you any time by calling the house at (863) 420-4185.

 Q:  What about the TV/VCR? A:   The Home Theatre System was just recently upgraded.  There is Cable, DVD, VCR, and CD for family room or patio listening.  Also installed was a Phillips Universal ProntoNEO Remote Control for the Home Theatre System.  There are about 30+ Disney videos on the shelves of the Home Theatre System
